Addicted like heroin
Longing for just a fix
Finding someway to see you
To hear your voice
Dying to taste your sweet lips
You let me slip away
Just far enough to pull me back in
Teasing....
Taunting....
Just to put me in a box
Throw me on a shelf
Up high
Like an old toy
Then when you want me back again
I will be there
Waiting....
Patiently....
Like I always have been
Painfully yearning to feel your love
Until One day
I can't take it anymore
I must detox
I must let go
I must choose to live
I must say goodbye
I cry until the last tear drops
Finally the pain has stopped
