When mixed remove from heat and move immediately move the pot to the stand and heat source. Each guest will spear one offering with a skewer and swirl the offering in the fondue in a figure 8 motion. A simple twist at the end of the swirl will help prevent dripping cheese. Be sure to have a plate for each guest as well as plenty of napkins.
