While searching for the perfect board games this holiday season for your friends and family, keep in mind these classic titles.
Monopoly
Monopoly is the classic buy and sell game that has invaded homes, computers, and our cell phones with different versions of the classic game. Monopoly has taken a few twists over the years and now has many different titles to choose from! From Star Wars to Nascar, titles range from movies to sports to TV series! With kids versions of the game available also available, parents can buy their children copies of the game and children can play with their friends with no help from mom or dad.
Clue
The classic "whodunit" game has stood the test of time. With the nine classic rooms and all of your favorite suspects, Clue is a great family game for teens and adults alike. The game can be hard to understand for the little ones at times so it's recommended for ages twelve and up.
Twister
While it may not technically be considered a "board game" in the sense, Twister is one of the best party games of all time. Right foot red, left foot yellow, and all of the different combination's in between, the fun never stops! The game can also teach the little ones colors and difference between right and left so they learn while they play!
Pictionary
Pictionary is the game that tests your artist skills. Players must draw pictures explaining words or phrases in the time allotted while their teammate tries to guess what the word or phrase is. Perfect for families with kids of all ages!
Chess
Classic chess is a classic game which has been said to make people smarter and improve brain functions. The game is probably not the best game for kids under ten as they may be bored very quickly with it.
Scrabble
Scrabble is a great game for kids to learn how to spell words and is a lot of fun for adults as well. A classic game that has stood the test of time, Scrabble is a great buy for this holiday season!
Risk
Risk is a classic "command and conquer" game. Players must command countries and entire continents and knock their enemies troops off the board in an attempt to rule the globe! Recommended for ages fourteen and up, this is a great game for teens and adults alike!
With all these games being classics and easiest to play for everyone, these are must haves this Christmas for people of all ages!
