Poetry: Remarkable

Let my humble compliment not give thee flight,
Rather let it rest upon your head of grace,
That your wings might skim over the raging swells,
So your winsome ways will win the race,

Let your eyes seek to give,
The gift which you have been thrilled to receive and keep,
Fling it through a wink and delight a wonder,
Though a whisper give flight to the wings of imaginations,

Treasure my inarticulate stammerings,
Let your heart unwrap the gems of thereof,
That thine peers might come to hear thee warble,
For the mundane is remarkable to the endowed,

The briney sea is sweet to the coral,
Regard the remarkable flames that are words barely spoken.
