I bottle up my emotions,
All week long.
I don't want to cry,
But now you are gone.
As these emotions build up within,
My mind is bursting with pain.
I'll go crawl in my bed, curl up and die.
That would be the easiest solution.
Instead I lie awake and cry.
Letting go of everything inside.
My emotions just burst,
And it is a relief they did.
As my tears fall.
It relaxes my brain.
So all that I say,
Is let it rain.
My tears are falling
It feels so great!
I finally got them out.
I now can sleep tonight.

Looking at man’s tears of today
In such sorrow of himself.
Feeling the shame
Brought on by others.
