Fate has brought us together again
My little brother, my best friend
I was adopted when I was just a babe
Leaving you behind, never to see you again.
I always knew that you were there, out there somewhere
I felt your presence all my life,
But could not find you no matter how much I tried
I had a good life despite of it all
My parents were angels that helped me along.
Helping me search for you, not thinking it was wrong
They said if it is met to be, one day you will surely see him
When my parents passed away, I felt very lonely and led astray
So, I tried again just one more time, and sure enough they were right
The time had come, and there you were, thirty years later but never too late
Was it the Angels or was it just fate.

and now your anger has decreed
my punishment to clean my room
to sweep and polish, shine
