Having a Good Time Without You
Just dry gusts whipping up August dust
Flying for sure beats the heck out of
Sitting here alone, rolling over stones
So hot they could bake bricks on them
Chipping shards of sand against my face
Glitter like mica in granite and the sea.
The sea, yes and you were swimming
And smug, fancy that, Dan
No heated discussions over transportation
Just sneers served as observations
We need rain alright, only brine in perspiration
Nothing nothing seems missingWhat?
