Do you have 5 minutes a day to invest in your fitness goals? Of course you do. Everyone has the same amount of opportunities throughout each day and the same amount of time, 24 hours. So what is a five minute time investment compared to 24 hours? Almost nothing. Right? Quoting the eloquent words of the legendary Jim Rohn, "The same wind blows on us all . . . the differences between winners and losers are the set of the sails". Think about that one.
The easiest way I have my clients tackle common fitness and time challenges is by taking the challenges down to five minutes instead of 15-20. Also, if your warm up is done correctly, your body should be in a very high fat burning mode by the time you're ready to get down and dirty with the real training. Later in this article, I discuss how to keep track of your heart rate. You want to try to maintain no higher than a moderate intensity heart rate when warming up to give every part of your
