It is a great year for the young and fashion concious. The fashion industry has unleashed a plethora of cool winter styles for the fashion savvy young woman. From cashmere jackets to skinny jeans and curve enhancing dresses, the selection is any young woman's dream come true. As winter falls, the dress styles available for young women are sure to add warmth to cold winter days and nights.
Nothing says young and stylish like the popular boyfriend look. The boyfriend blazer is a hit this year with stars like Liv Tyler and Kate Bosworth and is a great addition to the young woman's winter wardrobe. These oversized jackets are chic and trendy and are great paired with a boyfriend shirt, leggings, slim pants or the boyfriend jeans. When wearing the boyfriend styles, you want to temper the masculine look with something feminine by accessorizing with sequins, frills and lace.
The skinny jeans are a must have addition to the young woman's winter wardrobe. The skinny jeans are an old classic that has never really left the fashion scene completely. However, it is back this year, possible for good, and is all the rage. The cashmere selections are bold, light and warm and provide the best of both worlds, comfort and style.
Long flowing cardigans, sweaters with dolman and raglan style sleeves and billowy sweaters are back on the fashion scene this winter. Wear with short or long skirts, leggings and skinny pants, wide skirts and wide legged pants. The options are endless for these charmers and they are sure to entice the young woman.
High waisted tunics, baby doll and peasant tops, ruffles, tailored waistcoats and bow blouses are hot items on the runway this year and excellent and versatile styles for the stylish young woman. The tunics and baby dolls are sexy in vintage floral, ethnic and folk print are both classic and contemporary. Similar styles can be found in dresses, short or long.
The mini dress is also perfect for the young fashionista and there are a variety of options. But regardless of the dress length you choose you will make a statement in an embellished tunic dress, the asymmetric one shouldered dress, and the classic little black dress.
The young woman must have at least one military style item in her closet this winter. The military jacket has made a big comeback this winter and can be worn in a variety of ways from edgy to rock chic. Pair your military jacket with skinny bottoms, knee high boots and feminine accessories to make a real fashion statement.
A stylish young woman would want to have at least one each of these hot styles for winter. These styles are adaptable to a variety of body types and accessories are key to pulling them off. Choose what best suits your body type and don't be afraid to experiment with the new colors and fabrics out there this winter.
