What is the funniest animal?

Without a doubt cats rank up there as the funniest. Were talking about domestic pets I'm thinking. Never knew how truly funny they can be until trying just about anything to get a different reaction.

The confusing thing about them is that they are just as mysterious. No gray area, just one extreme to the other. Almost any other animal responds to a call or invite as though it were just normal to do so. But a cat? Different. Either they are so smart that they don't just jump to your beck and call like a dog would, or they are too stupid to know what your doing when you call for them

to come to you. Sure with some practice you can get them to respond, but limited.

Probably the funniest thing is when they loudly belch out a meowrrrrrrr as a result of them investigating something and it ends up scaring the fur balls out of them. They are pretty entertaining if one takes the time to enjoy inducing something that makes them react in a way you can't help but laugh pretty hard. This is my first time interacting with a cat. It was a gift to my wife. Just never knew what I've been missing.

There are so many funny instances whereas she would do something that just amazes me, and there was this one instance of many when she kept watching up close every time I would turn on the TV, and it was as though she understood what I was doing. In this one instance, she sat in front of the TV by the power button, and would look over her shoulder at me as if to say "hey, aren't you going to push the button?"

She did this a few times, and then decided to place her paw onto the power button. This just wasn't something she was prepared for, because the night before, I was watching a concert, and had the TV really loud so as to enjoy the music. When the Tv powered up, a huge blast of sound emanated, and she leaped so high, she landed right on top of the TV, (a 70" HD set) and looked so spooked that I thought she would go into a cardiac arrest.

As if that were not enough for one day, she had a habit of opening the cabinet doors under the kitchen counter. She knows what she wants, and would pull on a can of her favorite cat food until it would fall and roll out of the cabinet. She then sends out her I wanna eat meow, and we would find her with her two front paws resting on top of the cat food, just waiting for us to open it up.

She did this on a regular basis, and this one time, we had a large grocery order of canned goods to stock up. The cans were all nicely stacked three or four high.
