Do you ever wonder what would happen if all that chatter just stopped inside your head?
Someone told me once to write down your thoughts so one day you can look back on how your life went! Your thoughts are so much more than print on paper, they tell your story.
My story starts with a young girls dreams of love, laughter and happiness. You can smell the salt air as the waves lap the beach and the breeze sprays its mist with a refreshing sting. Nature has a very magical spell that touches all living things. She is still only an emerging petal from the seed. Soft and gentle, delicate yet enduring.
Unfolding more every day to feel the rays of the sun and explore further through her environment. Survival instincts soon subside to pleasurable experiences and a dreamy existence. Untouched, she is able to expand and explore far beyond.
The flesh steams with pure energy in the sunlight and the mind emerges. A hint , a glimpse of recognition of existence. Pulsating electricity sprouting through blood vessels. ever expanding and increasing the awareness. The child has a thought and the never ending chatter begins.
Who gives nature it's life and glow? Who gives the rainbow it's full colours? Born of laughter and cheer are the whispers of children everywhere. Our innate talent is that we as humans dare to dream, imagine and grow. To each new generation we pass on the past to enhance the future. Our little child is shaped and sized for the future of our survival and the chatter gets louder.
Dreams release the control, for a short period of time, but as she gets older her chatter gets larger. Her soft. delicate petals begin to bruise and wilt. The experiences she has felt. The days seem so long and nights are far from known. The time to reflect is but a distant thought.
My child has grown and developed a seed of her own. The cycle begins again with the silence of first life. Everything is as it should be and silence has a place to begin. The chatter has not yet begun and life's energy thrives again.
The chatter inside your head, it helps you to know who you are, so listen carefully and silently as your heart will light your way. Laughter and passion can take you beyond. Remember your child hood and imagine again. Be silly, funny, giggle a lot. Look at nature and trust yourself. A thought you can do every single day.
