Slowly sinking, losing air;
but no one hears my drowning prayer.
So I grasp the float device,
Was that joke on me? Are you being nice?
Trying to float, but I'm losing strength,
sinking alone, loved ones at arms length.
How do you tell them without shedding blame,
Your lonely and broken, without sounding lame? .
Drowning in loneliness, with everyone 'round
Please someone hear me, I need to be found.

Everybody
Is saying to me
How can an active
Social person
All of a sudden
Reside
