Absolutely not. Let me educate some of the readers on this topic at hand. First of all, painkillers are highly addictive, and can even result in death. Most of these medications are similar to the properties of heroin. Is this something you would like to put in your body on a regular basis? People, it's all about the money. They refuse to legalize marijuana for similar purposes, which is much safer than a lower form of heroin. And why is that? Because they can't put patents on a plant that grows naturally, which means lower profits for Big Pharma. It is a big marketing game, that's all. The "experts" are really expert marketers that have one thing in mind...profits. I even had a doctor admit this to me before. He stated that pharmaceutical reps will often give doctors certain perks for writing out so many prescriptions. For example, they may give a doctor a free weekend getaway if he/she writes out X amount of prescriptions that month for drug X. It is starting to get like a legalized drug cartel. Now, certain drugs are beneficial for certain situations, but drugs are merely a band aid, meant to take the edge off until the person gets to the root of the problem which are causing these symptoms in the first place. They actually cause the body to do something unnatural, which creates the unwanted side effects, and can actually cause toxins to form in the body over extended use.
Allow me to share a story about the benefits of Reiki or other forms of energy therapy. First of all, I personally know someone who was in a bad car accident years ago. He was told that he would have to have metal rods in his leg for the rest of his life and constantly take painkillers. Luckily, this guy discovered Reiki. Within some time, the bones in his leg healed to the point where he was able to get the metal rods taken out of his leg. His doctors were astounded, they couldn't figure it out.
A woman I personally know lost her brother in a car accident where she was the one behind the wheel. She had been carrying around all this guilt within her for years. Again, she was involved in a deep energy healing which I actually played a role in. It was so awesome being one of the people who actually helped her finally let go of all the guilt she put on herself. This was truly a miracle in and of itself. You could literally feel the energy shifting in her. Now, most doctors may think that she would have to live with this for the rest of her life and possibly suggest something to take for PTSD
