It does not mean that you have to give up consumption of calcium, salt and protein. You have to consume less, especially if you have a few tiny kidney stones causing back pain.
You need to exercise enough to loosen the small kidney stones from the body, on top of using herbs and diet. A lack of physical exercise can increase the productivity of kidney stones in the body.
