More and more women are realizing that they need to reduce their spending habits and find ways to stretch their monthly budget. If you listen to others around you when out in public, say the grocery store, moms at the park, in the mall and even at family gatherings, there's a good chance you will hear something in regard to cutting down their expenses. You may notice there are more store brand products in other peoples' carts then ever before and every person standing in line has a couple of coupons or a store card to scan for discounts.

Due to the fact we are all at different stages of our life, we don't all carry the same perspective of things. Cutting back expenses may mean something totally different to "Jane" than it does to "Mary". Jane may feel that purchasing 3 new pairs of shoes verse her normal 5 pairs of new shoes a month is painfully cutting back her leisure expenses.  Then there's those who are severely struggling like "Mary" who may be making strict rules about not allowing any lights to be turned on in the house until the sun sets, trying to reduce her regular monthly bills. No matter what stage anyone is in, it wouldn't be a bad idea to gain a new perspective; if you spend less on "A" perhaps one can easily afford to spend a little more on "B".

With the winter season approaching there are probably tons of women who are in the need of a winter coat who are facing a challenging budget. The tightness of the budget will help aide in determining where to purchase that winter coat. Below are helpful suggestions as to where to purchase a women's winter coat depending on the extremity of a particular budget.

For a not so tight budget - Keep an eye out for coupons in your local newspapers for department stores; such as Macy's, JC Penney, Dillard's and similar stores, most of their coupons can be used on sale items as well. Check the clearance racks; they have last year's styles on them. Shop at stores that are a step down from the type you would normally shop like instead of Macy's try going to Kohl's. If you enjoy shopping on line, check to see if your favorite store has an on-line outlet store like JC Penney (http://www.jcpenney.com/jcp/x2.aspx?DeptID=62371&CatID=62371) where they offer 40-80% savings.

Tight budget - Besides seeing if your favorite department store has an on-line outlet, you may find this coupon code link to be beneficial for your needs - www.coupons-coupons-codes.com. Here they have coupons for popular stores such as LI Bean,
