I shed a tear for you
When I thought of all you wouldn't do
I shed a tear of sadness
When I thought of times of gladness
I shed a tear or sorrow
Knowing you will never see tomorrow
I shed a tear of fear
Wondering how to persevere
In this world that has turned so evil
Full of depravity and upheaval
Then I pleaded to God
To make sense of it all
And I prayed for peace
That these horrors would cease
Then I shed my tears no more
Because They are at Heaven's door
The tragedies transgressed by man
Are made correct in God's hand
We will surely see them again
In eternity Amen
In memory of all the children who are abducted.

Poetry: The reason for my tears

Not So Sweet Sixteen...
You should have turned sixteen today,
You should have partied hard,
You should be here for me to say,
I
The tears are never far from my eyes,
Their appearance comes as no surprise.
In an instant the full well leaks,
And tears slide
Her Overwhelming Love
She closes her eyes and sleeps quietly
Ringing shatters the night
In a moment her world has changed
Nothing
You will never know the reason for my tears
what lives inside
and haunts my dreams
the past, the pains and fears.
You will never
by Elvina C.
You are the reason for my tears.
I wonder if I am still your dear.
How would you ever wipe them away?
Those tears have so
