You may want to lose some pounds, but you don't know how to make it work. In fact, there are some simple tips that can help you to lose weight easily and wisely:

Tip No.1: increase your fiber intake.

By bringing more dietary fiber into your menu, you can feel satiated more quickly. Not only you will eat less, but also you are less easy to get hungry. You can

add wheat bran to your yogurt, put some dried fruit into your cereal and eat some vegetables at each meal.

Tip No.2: listen to your hunger.

You should be more attentive to your feeling of hunger and satiety. You should stop eating when you start to feel satiated. You don't have to feel guilty about leaving some leftover on your plate.

Tip No.3: order a smaller portion in the restaurant.

In the restaurant, you always can't finish all the food on your plate? If possible, you should ask them to serve you a smaller portion. You can even ask for the small portions which are designed for children. Anyway, eat less at every meal.

Tip No.4: slow down, when it's meal time!

The nutrition experts always recommend people to eat slowly and take time to chew the food well. In fact, it's a good way to make you more sensitive to your satiety signal.

Tip No.5: choose low fat food.

The low-fat food contains at least 25% less fat than ordinary ones. This is a great way to cut calorie intake.

Tip No.6: garnish your plate with more vegetables.

Each meal, vegetables should cover at least half of the plate, since they are rich in dietary fiber and contain many vitamins. Furthermore, they can make you feel full faster.

Tip No.7: steam the vegetables.

You can use a steamer to cook the fresh or frozen vegetables, which can reduce your fat intake. You may use a bamboo basket as steamer.

Tip No.8: avoid eating disorders

Forbidding yourself eating enough food can make you frustrated and lead to compulsive eating disorder. It is better to eat some calorie foods on occasions and in reasonable quantities, rather than maintaining a sense of deprivation.

Tip No.9: don't stock up the fatty and sugary food at home!

You have a weakness for resisting the fatty and sugary food? Then you should avoid building a stock of them at home. If you really want to enjoy some ice cream, you have to walk out of home for getting it.
