Falling in love at first sight does happen and it happens all the time. When couples meet other couples they tend to talk about how they met each other and how long then have been together. You can easily tell in just a short chat how strong or broken their marriage is. On both sides of the marriage there was something that sparked the interest. Listening to the stories you discover there was something about their first encounter that they both couldn't forget about, the first signs of falling in love.

Like shown on TV and in books, falling madly in love and into bed after a few seconds look, is not how real life is played out. When couples remember falling in love after seeing each other there is usually something they always remember that caught their eyes when they first met. It could be looks, an action, or just a sense. Out of just that first sight they think about the other person and then take the time to get to know them. That is love at first sight.

Love at first sight can last or fall apart. It depends on the type of people both partners are and how much work they are will to put into a marriage. Two couples get married after falling in love at first sight. Both couples will have up and downs like any marriage has. The first couple don't talk openly or forgive each other for their mistakes. In this couple they will tell people there is no such thing as love at first sight, look at what they are stuck with. The sad truth is they loved each other, they just don't slow down to really talk things out together. The second couple learned to talk things out and forgive each other. Yet, some tragedy wedge into their marriage along they way but they love each other deeply. That couple will tell you love at first sight does happen and is true love, look at what they have.

You can see both sides of the coin this way. Love at first sight does happen, but people don't always notice or admit it. There is something that makes a person go back and talk more to that other person. According to Wikipedia, love at first sight is when "a person, character, or speaker feels romantic attraction for a stranger on the first sight of them."

Anyone can say they believe in love at first sight. I have fell in love at first sight. I have been happily married for ten years. We have had our share of bad luck and decision but many years of happiness with a strong love. With open communication with each other and that first look which led us to have a happy marriage and the best of
