Successful entrepreneurs have certain abilities that others do not have. One of them is ambition, without this his ideas would never get off the ground in the first place. He is also very patient. He knows that he must persevere with his plans. Waiting years or decades to see a reward for all his efforts.

All successful entrepreneurs are hard working. Willing to give up evenings, weekends, holidays, lunch hours, go in early and go home late, literally living and breathing work. Sometimes this means giving up sleep, it often means missing time with their family. But they are so determined to make their plans work and become materially and financially well off that they must do it no matter what. They may get criticised by their loved ones, but what other people think does not matter to them. Their first priority in life is to become successful. They have an ability to work very long hours regularly and often without tiring or becoming ill.

Even when they achieve their goals and are rolling in money the buzz they get from running a business is so strong and they enjoy it so much they find it hard to retire and often carry on working, continuing to work long hours, gathering together more and more money that they will never have time to spend. Something inside them drives them to continue no matter what.

All successful entrepreneurs have an ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. They realise that they have to stand on their own two feet and solve problems themselves. Those who turn to daddy or a friend for advice, help or opinions are fakes. They desire the good things in life, a lovely house, gorgeous car, fantastic holidays and everything money can buy. They want to sacrifice years of their life in the pursuit of it. It is not uncommon for them to have people come to them asking them for their help and advice, but they will never want advice from others, especially those who are not successful entrepreneurs.

Successful entrepeneurs are focused. Nothing will put them off of their goal. They will not lose interest because of meeting a new partner, or talk of a holiday. Their determination to make something of themselves will always come first, their relationships always come second. This can be hard on their loved ones, but then, as we all know, nobody is perfect.
