Helium writers will undoubtedly have their own ideas for Helium content. Luckily, Helium is one step ahead. Their "Suggest a Title" button allows writers to suggest any title that they wish. The titles are published after they are reviewed, which usually takes 24 hours and occasionally an extra day or two. The following article will help you learn how to suggest a title on Helium.
First, you will have to brainstorm. Many of the article titles that do well have a few characteristics in common:
- They are well thought out. Although you may think that the first title idea that comes to mind can easily make you a few easy bucks, it is best to thoroughly think about the title subject's popularity.
- They are not wordy. The first title that comes to mind may be worded in such a way that won't get you many clicks. The key is to create a title that will earn you as many clicks as possible, because that means more money for you.
So, before you click that "Suggest a Title" button, make sure that you have carefully thought about the title that you want to suggest. To find some input or suggestions, you may Google around the title's idea. How many "hits" do you get? Is your title's subject popular? Will it stay popular for a while, or will it be a hit or miss? The more you know about your title, the better.
Browse around Helium first. What kinds of articles do well? How-to's articles are usually the most popular because they get the most views and they are the most helpful. If you know how to do something, and you don't see an article on how to do it, it would be a good idea to suggest a title on that topic. Moreover, reviews about peoples, places, and events also do well. The more detailed your reviews, the better. And, if your reviews are about popular items, you will most likely earn more passive income, too.
Once you have thought about your title and the subject, go ahead and click on the "Suggest a Title" button. Be sure that you repeat the keywords whenever necessary. If you want your article to be easily found on Google, you should choose a few phrases that you think the average Googler might use.
When you're done writing down all the necessary information, just sit back and wait for 24 hours or so. If you have done everything properly, you will get an e-mail telling you that your article title has been accepted.
