Seven Islands: Island One: Seavine
Prologue
It was early in the afternoon in 1656, when a man walked through the crowded path towards the big town. He had seven sacks and a mat on his shoulders. He went straight to the path with stores and rolled the mat on the dirt. He took out a rock from every sack and placed it on the mat. People looked at the man with curiosity, or they just wanted to see him get arrested. A soldier ran towards the stranger and looked at him with glaring eyes. They kicked the mat and whispered into his dirty ears,
You're not supposed to be here.
The man looked back at the soldiers. He responded with a trembling voice,
Bu But I I thought I was allowed hehere.

We're not going to kill you, Bryce. You're just going to have to explain to me why you're selling stupid rocks.

The soldier grinned at the stranger, who was apparently called Bryce.
The seven islands? What are you talking about? What seven islands? Shouted the soldier.

You shut your big mouth! Nobody wants to buy your stupid rocks, okay? Stop trying to swindle people by telling them that the rocks have 'special' powers and making them buy your rocks!

Before Bryce could finish his sentence, the soldier kicked him in the head. Bryce let out a loud cry and fell on the dirt. Before anyone could hear his small mumbling words, the soldier tied his wrists with a thick rope and pulled him to the dock. He handed Bryce over to a man with a long orange beard. The bearded man took Bryce in a gigantic wooden ship and Bryce was never seen in town ever again.
