If a guy continually wants to hang out, pursues a woman in conversation, experience or any other physical connection or even just continually tries to make eye contact from afar, he is most likely sexually attracted to her. The number one way to tell if a man is attracted to a woman is if he is eager to make eye contact with her. This action alone is the most common male indicator of interest. The obvious other indicators include starting conversations, hugging, playful flirting etc. Usually a guy will think about his next move before he even sees you next. If he is sexually attracted to her, when he sees her, he is going to be making an effort to create some sort of reaction. Men will want to get to know a girl, ask her questions, joke around, ask her out, tease her or use any other sort of conversational tool, but all of it just stems from the desire for physical action.
The male dating role is one of consistent leadership in the relationship. Men are socially conditioned to be the one who pursues the woman. Although more and more woman may be beginning to ask guys out, for many that is a turn off. Men are hard wired to desire females and vice versa. Any attractive and available woman is sexually attractive to a man. Most guys might not admit it, but they probably don't care as much about personality as women do. There are really only a few different reasons why men talk to women.
They can be involved with them in either work or class environments. In these situations if a man even approaches a woman it will be work related or flirting. The only difference is if he directly asks the coworker out or jokes around and attempts to create attraction.
Anywhere else, a guy could either be interacting with a girl for help with the class, asking a random question or he is interested. The way you can tell however is by just understanding the method of communication. A guy will ask her a question and then get the answer, say thank you and not speak to her again. That is an example of an uninterested guy. If he is asking her a question and then changing to another subject, joking around, asking her about something else or trying to prolong the conversation, he is likely attracted to her.
Men are rather obvious and direct with their interest. This doesn't always go over well, can come of as arrogant or cocky but there is a tendency for women to be attracted to strength and personal power exhibited by a man who makes his own decisions and believes in himself. Women are attracted to natural masculine traits and vice versa. Some men however have been socially conditioned and therefore believe they should withhold from any out right display of interest and then go by unnoticed. You can still tell if these men are interested by the frequency of eye contact they give or attempt to make.
