The current strikers in Europe will leave you in awe as you watch them gracefully sprint on the pitch. The current three most prolific strikers in Europe are David Villa, Zlatan Imbrahimovic, and Wayne Rooney. All three have different characteristics that make them equally great strikers. Whether it is speed, power, accuracy, or touch they have there special combinations that make them who they are.

First, let us take a look at David Villa. He currently plays for Valencia, in La Liga. He is known for his speed, perfectly timed runs, great finishes, and power. David Villa usually plays the upper most forward meaning he does very less checking back to the ball. Instead his teammates playing him through balls which he has to make runs on. He is perfect at timing his runs, gets to the ball with is over average speed, and has the necessary finishing skills once he gets to the ball. All of these skills combine together to make him a prolific striker in Europe.

Next, let us look at Zlatan Imbrahimovic. He currently plays for Barcelona, in La Liga. Zlatan is known around the world for having one of the best touches on the pitch. He has gained these skill from simple games of keepy up as a kid to his stints with Joga Bonito. Like David Villa, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is very fast and has a strong strike. He also is able to get to the ball and use his amazing touch and power to put many goals away on even the best goalkeepers in the world.

Finally, we have Wayne Rooney. He currently plays for Manchester United, in the English Premier League. Rooney is not know for his speed or finesse, but he is known for his amazing one touch shots, power, and accuracy. He is very good at hitting the ball into the back of the net from behind the eighteen. Rooney is amazing at hitting volleys with a great deal of power. Out of the three strikers he easily has the best strike and accuracy being able to hit the upper ninety of a goal on will.

All three of these extraordinary strikers are among the best players in the world. They all have different skill sets that give them the honor of being that good, but they all use what they have to their advantage. Whether it be raw pure speed or godlike power. Throughout Europe and the rest of the world all three of the strikers names are feared by all goalkeepers alike.
