Dream. It is a word filled with mystery and suspense. Even from a young age a human being is aware of dreams. Dictionary.com defines a dream as images, thoughts, or emotions passing through a person during sleep. To many people, especially young children, a dream can be terrifying. We have all had dreams of being chased by monsters, or showing up to school naked. Most of us have also probably experienced a good dream, one filled with love or wonder. Most people will go their entire life drifting through their dreams, but what if you had a way to control them? Imagine a life where each night could be a new adventure, and where anything is possible.. Well, this IS possible to do, through the art of Lucid Dreaming.

Lucid Dreaming is defined as being aware that you are dreaming. This is a phenomenon that many people experience, even without intentions. Many people who realize they are dreaming will react out of fear, wishing to wake up immediately. Lucid Dreaming however can be used for your benefit, and through this guide you will find out exactly how to hone in on this skill, and make every night that you sleep a new adventure.

There are many guides about Lucid Dreaming. Some of them are outrageous, expecting you to pay money for a product that will yield instant results. In reality however, the only way to really accomplish and train this skill is through time. While this guide will teach you how to control your dreams, it is important to note a couple of things. First of all, dream control is an art. This is not something that you can read a guide on, lie down, and instantly work. Even when you do reach the level of a lucid dream, often times it can be hazy and difficult to control. If you believe that dream control is a skill you will truly benefit from, you should be aware that it may take months to years to become effective at it.

Before you even begin attempting to control your dreams, you must first work on dream recall. Dream recall is simply the ability to remember what you dream about. I'm sure that most people have awoken one morning to remember a dream that seemed insane, or scary. Looking back however, you will find it very difficult to remember most dreams. This is because our brain is trained to erase a previous dream when a new one begins. Because of this fact it is common that you will only remember the last dream you had, or not remember any dreams at all. It is this reason that many people claim that either they do not dream, or they only dream
