Are you tired of saggy triceps? Do you want fantastic arms like our First Lady, Michelle Obama? Take valuable time out of your busy schedule to do these easy arm exercises without using ANY equipment. During my journey as a fitness addict, I have performed these simple and easy arm exercises to build beautiful arms of strength! Accept the challenge to make your arms pillars of beauty.

The first exercise that builds your tricep muscles is called the "chair dip". It requires the individual to place the back of their body in the front of a chair. Take your arms and place your palms in a downward position on the chair. Once this is done, you must place your legs out in front of your body and dip in a lower position. As you dip in a lower position, you should feel the tricep muscles tightening. It is vitally important to do 3 sets of 10 or 3 sets of 15. Perform these chair dip exercises four times a week and within a two month time span your tricep muscles will begin to become VERY FIRM!

After your arms become magnificently firm, try working on those hamstrings. After giving birth to three fabulous daughters, it felt as though my body was becoming too flabby. Cellulite, extra abdominal fat, and saggy arms was not my ideal picture of a late thirty something mom. I wanted to feel and look HOT! No, I am not conceited. Just concerned about my overall health and well - being. I could not imagine dying at thirty seven, missing the graduations of my extraordinary daughters, or not celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary. This is why I always make it a priority to make time for myself. ME TIME is exercise time!

The hamstring muscles are very large muscles. However, they can become very toned by doing "wall squats". These dynamic exercises require you to place your back on a wall. Spread your legs a few inches apart and squat midway down the wall. Do 3 sets of 10 or 3 sets of 15. As you squat, make sure you are utilizing the hamstring muscle which is the upper back muscle of your leg. Also you should feel a tightening in your hamstring as you continue to perform these repetitions. I absolutely love these hamstring exercises because they tone and strengthen the muscles.

Value your life and take quality time to exercise! To be your best, you must first LOOK your best!
