Should you act on what your psychic told you?

You should act on a psychic's advice only if that particular psychic has a proven track record in regards to predicting your future. Ask yourself the following question - Has this person been accurate in her predictions for me in the past? Regardless of a specific psychic's reputation in giving outstanding readings for other people, you should be able to trust that same psychic will provide accurate info for you. You must be your own judge in this matter.

Psychics I have known over the years tell me they are able to 'tune in' to some people much better than others. They are just naturally more accurate for some clients and don't have as good results with others. There can be many reasons for this. Your challenge is to find a psychic reader that can tune in most accurately to you!

If there is a good rapport between you and the psychic reader, this helps you to relax and open up with your more intimate concerns. The psychic can respond better to you because you are relaxed and will ultimately give a better reading. As a consequence, you will begin to develop trust for this advisor and feel more confident in following their advice.

I have gotten readings from psychics for many years, worked as a professional psychic myself for over two decades, and I have learned many things about being a psychic advisor. The most important of which is ethical and highly professional psychic advisors never predict death or anything of a catastrophic or shocking nature. There is a very good reason for this. Psychics never know how a client will respond to such terrible news. They certainly don't want to shock, cause stress or even dire health problems for anyone by issuing a horrible prediction. If psychic advisors see something negative in a client's future they must be subtle, and above all, kind hearted. Don't expect a psychic to blurt out over a spread of tarot cards that your father will die in the near future, even if they see it in the cards. Instead they may direct you to spend more time with your father and to be gentler when dealing with him.

As to predictions that are not so negative, it is still a psychic's job to be cautious in their advice and with good reason. If they tell someone there's a chance he will be lucky on the lottery, for example, there is a chance this guy will run out and blow his life savings on lottery tickets. Unfortunately, some people will respond in just such a fashion. Professional psychics try to minimize or even avoid these situations.
