God is man and woman - he is it all and some. He created man in his own image and then woman as a companion and helper to the man. He created woman from what man was lacking and in need of as to compliment his existence. I can respect that and that is one of the many, many things I love about my creator. Everything he makes is self-sufficient - whole - complete.
If God was a woman only this world would be lacking in so many areas. We women I speak of are detailers, we are nurturers, we are gathering kind, we can create from nothing and see the smallest, most faintest of things in the most unusual places and circumstances. These qualities makes us unique in our own right and not to take away from our being, but we would not be complete without our other side that is much more grounded. A man is a visionist, solid, simple, logical, he sees a group we see each individual. We are nurturers, he will tell you your band-aid is on and now get up and go play. He is focused on making money, we are focused on how to spend it wisely. These are all some circumstances that are general and everyone is different. I am not wearing an apron while I am saying this, but basically it is fact.
If God was a woman, she would spend most of her day doing things women do - naturally - for an example, she may try to nurture us to the point we feel hovered. She may meddle in our business and relationships way too much for us to bear. She would be giving us way too much that we don't even deserve. She may over analyze what we have done with our lives and pressure us to get married to some guy we use to know in high school that she just bumped into at the store last week - simply because she knows his mother and they agreed that we'd be the perfect match.
I don't like analyzing or thinking God is only half of what marvelous creation he made - man and woman joined together in holy matrimony as one spirit. I can only reflect that if this was the case that things would be so much different and so much would be missing from our lives as a whole. Somewhat like a single parent as we know today.
I give my purse to the single mothers in this world doing it all alone without the father. I have been blessed to have met my husband, fell in love, help create two beautiful children, and all I say in that order. Amen. No one knows the future but God and if he decides that tomorrow I'll become a single parent - then so be it. Somehow I'd survive with his blessings and I would know where my husband was and that would be in heaven waiting on us with a yearning heart.
