Not that it matters how I vote. This is all just political spin to continue to divide our once strong 'unified' country. I believe that even Mr. Limbaugh was quoted as saying "He was 'not' the leader of the republican party nor did he want to be." So then why does this issue continue to persist? Is it that the "other" side is annoyed that he gets any attention at all? Probably.

For my own personal reasons, I tend to enjoy Mr. Limbaugh on occasion. It's refreshing. No holding him back on his theories and opinions. It's kinda nice for a change, there's nobody blowing smoke where it doesn't need to be. After saying all that, I guess that marks me as a right-winged homophobic racist, since that's what's being said about most of us.

Never mind the fact that I'm not, and I don't recall anybody specifically calling me from any poll to ask me that! They just group us together because that's what we do here in America ( thanks to our lovely government imposed "politically correctness" approach )....we must be bad people. Oh, the horror that I just might be a "free thinker" and enjoy the fact that I can decide for myself what I think is wrong or right.

Is Mr. Limbaugh bad for us? No. It's obvious that his radio program has made quite a stir. People are talking about things again. People are getting involved and not just taking a back seat to the political arena. Maybe the "other" side is scared because what he's actually doing is causing more "free thinkers" and not just stale group tank thought. Its even provoking many a democrat or two that I know to rethink their think.

People are waking up. We're tired of being talked down to, lied to, manipulated and exploited. We are starting to band together, both republican and democrat, and realizing that our failed party systems are no longer effective. It's funny how the liberals get so upset when there's dissension among the people, but what I find "funny" is why don't they listen to our legitimate complaints then?

Government as a whole is to be for the people 'not' against us and tell us it's for our own good! I think that's why Mr. Limbaugh shares his viewpoints so passionately and that's why he is creating such a stir. As far as us "right wingers" following him, I don't think he's asking to be followed nor do we want to follow him.

We just need to hear someone speak up for a change, to hear some truth, and feel that sense of belonging to what this country was intended to be. Free and United.
