With businesses closing every day, the customer is more important than ever. Yet keeping those that a business has, means knowing how to give them extra time and attention. It is letting them know they matter. Giving the customer what he wants may be good business but is it always the right one for the customer? To decide between giving the customer what he wants and ensuring they will back - and put money in the owner's pocket - or being a reliable company with the customer's well being in mind may be a new upcoming approach to business.
