Oh Silent Angel
I felt your every movement
As you kicked me in the ribs
I imagined the life I'd give you
All the pretty things.
One night I rolled over
You reminded me you were there
All of a sudden you were silent
Leaving me in despair.
I knew that you had left me
We would never have those times
Those moments I had dreamed of
Were lost beneath the lines.

As silent as could be
I cursed the heavens
How could they take you from me?
I've tried to find some comfort
You will only know our love
No harm can ever come to you
As you wait for me above.
