Now when you are choosing a Class to pvp with some are more suited to it than others. Here I will briefly describe the three worst classes to choose. Be aware that with the nature of the World of Warcraft classes are constantly being updated so whilst some are great or bad now, they will not always be.

Mage.
Now I personally play a mage in pvp myself. Currently I face many problems in the Battlegrounds. Mages are currently very vulnerable to melee, well to be honest they always have been, but with the increase in pets and abilities which stun or otherwise incapacitate, I find that unless you put your talents in frost you cannot survive some of the fast paced criticals classes such as shamans can deliver. With no self healing abilities except for having a Evocation Glyph; sixty percent health gained when you use Evocation; if you take damage during a fight you are dead unless you can kill your opponent before they kill you. As a mage if you end up being assaulted by more than one adversary it is extremely difficult to dish out the damage due to your main spells being anywhere between two to three seconds to cast. If you have more than thirty percent damage reduction you are lucky and if you find yourself being counter-spelled or some how silenced, best hope that your ice-block is not on cooldown or you are doomed.

Priest.
While priests are not exactly really bad in pvp they are one of the easiest to be played the worst. The damage that they deal if they are shadow is moderate to good but that is not the issue with them. The issue with priests in pvp is that whilst they can deal the damage their value is in being a field medic to the other classes which take the forefront of the damage. This is the best way a team can win a Battleground, by supporting each other and pushing forward with living characters instead of throwing themselves forward to die. Problem with that is priests primarily become a target for any opposition dps.

Paladin.
This choice is bound to be a controversy. Yes paladins are virtually unstoppable if they are played properly but what I constantly see during battleground are paladins being ignored until everyone else is dead and then they are en-masse attacked. Paladins are the longest living of the classes but I have chosen this class as one of the worst due to the stereotype of being un-killable and are a not the highest damage dealers. Most classes that get attacked by them either easily run away or just keep the paladin healing itself until help arrives to absolutely destroy the pesky plate wearer.
