Herb Crock-pot Chicken
2 onions
4 potatoes
3 stalks of celery
1 tsp garlic powder
tsp Rosemary
tsp Thyme
tsp Oregano
tsp Basil
tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Old bay seasoning
1 cup chicken stock
2 Bay leaves
3 pounds boneless chicken thighs
Steps
1. Slice onions, potatoes, and celery and place on the bottom of the crock-pot.
2. Mix all seasonings except Old Bay with chicken stock.
3. Season all chicken on both sides with Old Bay seasoning.
4. Layer chicken in crock-pot. Pour chicken stock over chicken.
5. Cook on low for 8 hours.
6. Discard bay leaves.
7. Serve serve chicken, potatoes, onions, and broth in a soup bowl.
