Everyday of my life is just the same;

Getting the chores done is always the aim.

With cooking and cleaning needing to be done;

Laundry is endless, and of course no fun.

I teach my own children from morning until noon;

Reading, writing, and math ( which brings gloom).

Looking good for my husband as he walks in the door;

Ironed clothes, make up, hair curled and more.

Am I complaing about the way my life has turned out?

Am I stomping, ramping and raging, or trying to pout?

Ceartainly not, for deep inside in my heart;

This is what I wanted from the very start.

A man who will love me until I die;

Who provides for his family without even a sigh.

The one who is my soulmate, without a doubt.

The one, I don't think I could ever live without.

Two children who who are the apple of my eye.

Loving them is not hard; I don't have to try.

They bring joy to me each and every day.

Abundantly blessed; I'd truly say.

So, tomorrow I guess will be like the day before;

With numerous things to do and chores galore.

Very hard I'll be working, but all the while;

Deep inside my heart I'll be wearing a smile.
