I could only stare
My dry mouth moved
No words breathed out
What had happened
I glared at the man
I had once knew
He stood alone
His broken heart written across his face
No movement happened
Only his eyes focused past me

I could only stare
My dry mouth moved
No words breathed out
What had happened

I had once knew
He stood
What happened?
I lost my way
I lost my mind
I will tell you some time
The times I was mad
From not understanding
The times I was
