Losing weight safely

Thanks to Sam, we can all finally diet, the right and easy way.

Almost about every female gets physically stimulated by the promise of skinniness with no surgery, no pain, and that very well translates into swallowing three capsules a day at $100 bucks a bottle. Most commonly known strategies involve protein shakes, herbal teas, and not to forget, the infamous cabbage soup diet. Someone I knew once threw a half eaten bar of Snickers into the toilet bowl to prevent herself from eating (resulting in an expensive plumbing job), another workmate has her work drawer piled with 2kg weights in case there's the compulsion to exercise some flabby arms at work, and that said, exercise equates to me flailing around the treadmill with a picture of Nicole Ritchie in order to keep my legs moving.

I am thin-spired.
But I am most definitely, not thin.

That being said, I am, finally health - and hopefully on my way to being thin.

Data gathered from extensive research shows you how to finally do it.
Go back home right this instance and toss out any trace of vegetable, or peanut oil. If you use lard at home there might be no hope for you.
And if you don't cook at home, make it a point to, for home cooked food is the one way you can actually control what you eat.

Understand two things: Firstly, that refined sugar - which incidentally is pure carbohydrate - is the root of all evil, and secondly, that Macadamia Oil is about to become your new best friend.

Sugar
If you aren't aware of at least lightly informed of all the weakness of sugar, then you must come from the land of Oompa Loompas. Sugar, as previously mentioned is pure carbohydrate that almost immediately turns into fats. There is no other way of saying this but the only way to effectively lose weight is to avoid sugar altogether. If you have a sweet tooth, and feel faint with the thought of a sugarless life, here's a cheat sheet.

1. Replace refined sugar consumption with unrefined sugar
2. Indulge in berries, and fruits like rockmelon to satiate your sweet tooth
3. Allow yourself two days in a week where dessert is allowed
4. Eat dark chocolate instead of milk or white chocolate

I am not thin because I cheat all the time. Late night KFC, and early morning frappacinos make for hard dieting. Yet, I do follow a few strict rules that ensure I stay on the right of being thin-spired. I peel the skin off my chicken; only order lights fraps, use macadamia nut oil for virtually everything, and have my plumber on speed dial.

With that, I ask you all to go forth and be thin-spired.
