Everyone can find 15 or 20 spare minutes of time free time during the day to include exercise in their lives. Busy schedules can make it difficult to go to the gym or get sweaty and have to shower before continuing with daily tasks. Here are some simple, easy exercises which will help you keep fit by using those spare minutes.

Fitness Ball Workout

RealSimple.com recommends working out with a fitness ball for effective, brief exercises. The dynamic push up is one exercise recommended. To perform this strength training movement, rest your abdomen on the fitness ball with your feet level with the floor. Use your hands to support your body weight and lower your upper body until your feet are raised. Then lift your upper body until your feet reach the floor. You'll find lots of other fitness ball workout tips at

RealSimple.com if you enjoy this exercise.

Jump Rope

Jumping rope uses many muscle groups and is a lot of fun, no matter what age "kid" you happen to be. It is also very healthy for building bones because of the impact when landing each jump. Simply purchase an inexpensive jump rope and spend a quarter hour or so enjoying jumping. To make this exercise more fun, learn how to perform some fancy jumps such as crossing the rope, jumping on one foot then the other, or any other creative idea you can add to this fast workout. Exercise.lovetoknow.com has some great jump rope techniques you can add to keep this exercise method interesting.

Walk

If you have a dog, take it for a stroll. If you don't have a dog, ask a friend to join you or grab your MP3 player and get moving. Walk at a brisk pace but not so quickly that you begin sweating and begin to breathe heavily. Save those intense walks for occasions when you have available time for a shower after your walk.

If you want to increase the effectiveness of your stroll, stop along the way, extend your arms against a strong tree with your feet several feet from the tree so that you are leaning forward. Slowly lean your upper body toward the tree until you are as close as comfortable. Then press your arms against the tree to return your body to the original position. This added movement during your walk improves upper body strength.

Butt Clinches

Everyone gets stuck waiting in long lines at times. Perhaps you are waiting to pay for groceries when there are too few cashiers available and every customer has a grocery cart piled to the sky. Use this time to discretely exercise to firm your buttocks. All you need to do
