Women with children dating in today's society is not an easy task when looking to marry. We have hope's and dreams that have been shattered, while gracefully trying to pick ourselves up to move forward. To somehow accept the idea that we are now single with the majority of the responsibility of child rearing. We have now been put in the same category as men in the world. As women we want a stable family home life. A man that will love, respect, and adore us. Someone to fulfill our needs with the passion that we deserve.

For a single mom to let a man into her and her children's life is a privilege. You should chose carefully. Keep an eye out for control issues, selfishness, and temper. Get to know the man you are with before introducing him to your children. This is usually a three month rule. By this time you will have picked up on mannerisms, traits, and weird quirks that he may have. Let him know where you stand in the relationship and what you are looking for. This will cut out a lot of waisted time trying to find Mr. Right. Stay away from men who do not have children, the majority of them have no idea how to raise children and this will cause a major conflict. Demand respect for yourself, not allowing him to take advantage of you or treat you poorly. Stand up for yourself and what you believe in. Never be swayed to believe anything you know deep down in your heart is wrong. Listen to your gut feelings. They usually are right and this is a big warning sign. If possible meet his family. If he is not willing then there is something he is hiding. Watch how he interacts with his mother for you can tell a lot about a man by the relationship. This will tell you if he is caring, considerate, and respectful of women. Watch out for a man who moves too fast, it can mean he has some control issues or possibly and abuser. Most of all take your time and keep your eyes wide open.

It can be a scary process of finding that someone to spend the rest of you life with, so evaluate all aspects of the pros's and con's. Stay true to yourself and your family. There are no guarantees in life, but moving slow with self confidence will surely aspire finding the one for you. This will eventually help you fulfill your dreams and desires. To find Mr. Right who will provide without a thought and treat you and your family like you deserve to be treated. It may take time, be patient, the best man for you will come.
