When things start to go wrong in a marriage, it is easy to let yourself slip into another relationship. Women are no exception to this rule. Having an affair is more common that it should be. There is a problem with affairs that people don't always think about. What happens when a woman falls in love outside the marriage?

Here are some of the repercussions of a woman falling in love outside of her marriage:

Break-up of the home- Falling in love outside the marriage will usually cause the break-up of your home. When you are in love, you may not think of this as a bad thing. Just remember that with every action there is a reaction. If your marriage splits up, it echoes farther than you think. This is especially true if you have children. When you get married, you should do everything in your power to keep the marriage together. Adding a third person to the mix will not help make this happen.

Inability to focus- When a woman falls in love, she gives herself totally to that love. Be sure that it is love before you jump in head first. Don't let someone convince you to leave your marriage to only find out that it wasn't love at all. It may just be the lust and excitement of the moment. Giving into these feelings will leave you regretful later on.

Hurting others- Falling in love outside or your marriage will hurt others. It isn't just your husband that will get hurt. It is your children, your parents and many other innocent people along the way. Is it really worth the cost. Falling in love and having an affair can only lead to bad things. Work on your marriage instead. Everything can be worked out if you are willing to do it.

Guilty feelings- You will have guilty feelings for the rest of your life when you fall in love outside your marriage. Women are more vulnerable to this feeling than men are. It doesn't matter if you are in love or think that you are. If you hurt others, that feeling won't mean a thing because you will feel far too guilty about hurting others and going against your beliefs.

You will never know- Falling in love outside of your marriage leaves you without the ability to attempt to work on your marriage. You will never know if the marriage would have worked because you didn't give it a chance. If you are that convinced that the marriage is over, leave the marriage then pursue your love.

When a woman falls in love outside of the marriage, she will go to great lengths to see that she is with the person she thinks she loves. Love and lust are very different things. Love lasts forever. Lust hangs around for a little while and then it's gone. It isn't worth the price you pay to pursue it.
