Doggie Dash is another Diner Dash like game, only the objective of this game is to bring the cats and dogs to shower, haircut, salon, and to play based on request from the owner. The pets will leave if they wait too long and there will be money penalty if the gamer lose a customer. To pass the level the gamer must collect a certain amount of money for each level. There are two goals for the level, to pass and the expert.
From the money we collect on previous levels, we can purchase upgrades for the stores like quicker shower, pets treat to appease angry pets, and so on. There are also several types of breed for cats and dogs, each with their own characteristic, some are impatient, others required longer service, there is also a dog breed who barks and annoys other pets, causing them to lose patience and leave quickly.
Storyline
There isn't much storyline for the story. The cat and the dog want to matchmake their masters together. Most of the story is typed as conversations between the cat and the dog in between levels.
Audio and Graphic
Like all "mini games", the graphics and sound for the game are simple, but they are quite cute. The graphic can be a little girly and childish for some people's taste though.
Because of the simplicity of the gameplay, graphics, and sound, the game doesn't need heavy requirement and doesn't take much of the computer resources. It runs smoothly on my laptop without any crashing.
I like this game for several reasons. First of all, the gameplay is simple but challenging. Even though I play a lot of speed games akin to Diner Dash, I still find it a challenge to finish the level in Expert level from earlier level. But although the game is challenging from the start, the game is not too hard or frustrating at the higher level.
We can also purchase our upgrades. It enables us to use our own tactics to win the games, and gives us motivation to earn as much money as possible in lower level. There are also rewards decorations if we are able to finish the expert level, and it also motivates us to earn more money.
The graphics are cute, especially for dogs and cats lovers. The sound is also amusing, and the conversations between the cat and the dog is funny and witty. Be careful to read the conversations to find hints of the new breed for the next level.
All in all, it is a fun game to play when you want simple gameplay focusing on speed, accuracy, and a bit of tactic.
