With the tough times the world is facing today, many people are turning to temporary agencies to help them find jobs. Working for a temporary agency may be great at the moment when the cash is needed, but what happens when the temporary job has ended? You are faced with the same situation as before.
Temporary jobs are usually not the same job you would have working directly for the company. What does this mean for you? A job that requires less work, therefore not allowing you the opportunity to use skills you may have already acquired. You will not be able to get any additional skills either.

In the times work place problems occur, it is very difficult having to wait to speak to your boss concerning the situation, as you will have to call the agency, wait for someone to come out, etc.
When temporary agencies receive jobs, they are usually for night shifts. A company can get more day time workers and need the open night positions filled. This may not work well for you, especially if you have children to attend to.
