in the eerie glow
of pit darkness...
Specters putting
on an eerie show
to challenge the witless...
Specters glowing
in the eerie light
made prominent by darkness...
Specters waiting
for the dawn to break
so they can cease being restless...
Specters disappearing
with the day's first light
to reappear at midnight!
