Out of control vehicle hits a young boy riding a bicycle...
blood and instant death in one fatal blow
I didn't want to go Mommy...
I didn't want to go
I was just riding my bike home to you...
hit and run, I was just left for dead
I didn't want to go God
I didn't want to go
I now see tears flowing down my Mother's face...
I had a season of little league baseball left to play
the little boy's spirit lingers on to leave one final message...
I didn't want to go Mommy and Daddy
I didn't want to go.

Poetry: Hurting
by Parin Waljee
I have been hurting all these year's
Feeling the pain and the loneliness,
Life has to go on I suppose but Im sure you don't
by Lauren Dymke
Felt tip fingers softly, softly
Why is it your insides bleed, loved one?
Ache and heart hiccup.
You were never meant to
by Missy Terry
I closed my eyes one night
With tears flowing down my face
They were warm to the touch
But the warmth was not comforting
To the Father
Where have you been, why did you go away?
I have a picture of you…I was tempted to throw it away.
For
This pain was but a sword,
unsheathed but lying on the floor,
until I picked it up
and embraced its blade
so tight, so tight.
