Does God exist?

No doubt. God exists. For some, the existence of God is just the label: God. That word exists, why? How that word came into existence? It must have some meaning. Are people programmed to believe in a higher being? How this programming occurred? What science has to say about it? Perhaps it came hidden in some DNA molecule on our genetic make up? Or it was a random occurrence that science is busy trying to prove?

For others, it is about the experience of God in their lives. This experience could be through many incidents. Most commonly, devotional individuals "pray to God " asking for special services, favors, etc. It is the bartering system. You give me this and I will do that in return. Once those special services appear in their lives, they believe in God. If a loved one dies, these same individuals "fight " with God and become distant. These incidents to me are like children's games.

God is not responsible for these incidents. In life everything happens through "cause and effect. " See, this is science after all. Your actions have a return. Being spiritual and being able to experience God has nothing to do with getting a better job or marrying the person of your dreams. Those are simple consequences of past deeds.

The proof of God is inner transformation. Even if you pray to God and win the lottery, if you are still the same vicious individual with anger, lust, attachment, greed and ego. If those sins haven't changed, you have not had the experience of God in your life. Why? Because at this time, when anger is considered to be normal (by I guess, angry psychologists ;) it is extremely difficult to change from anger to peaceful by taking a pill or by winning the lotto. God is a spiritual being, a soul and human beings are souls as well having a material, bodily experience; thereby, God colors you when you have inner transformation; when your spiritual qualities such as love, happiness, wisdom, bliss and peace emerge in you. This is real, true spirituality. God is the purifier. Through God, the best of our spiritual qualities emerge.

A person, who hasn't explored how to get rid of ego and the attachment to material things in their life, cannot be spiritual. That person cannot have the experience of God in their life. A person who lusts on bodies cannot be spiritual. Forget about what scientists say about being normal. To be spiritual is to be out of the ordinary, to be abnormal in a world of ego driven, anger driven and greedy individuals. I feel there is
