The hair screening process uses a sample of the human hair to detect drug metabolites in the human hair follicle. After the drug is processed, the lab is looking for traces metabolites in the hair follicle. A standard hair follicle test is usually tested back around 90 days. Ecstasy, and PCP. It does not matter where the hair is shaved. The hair on the entire human body can be tested. The amount of hair needed to submit a hair sample is at least 40 milligrams of hair. The only way known to get around a hair test is quit the use drugs. When a hair sample is sent to the lab there are ways to find the substance that someone was using before tested. Some people think that bleaching will leave the hair undetected. That is negative. Some try to shave their heads, but this will only lead to shaving a different area of the body. Far as I know there are not too many people who are hairless.
