I'll be one, two and three
You be five, six and seven
One, two, and three our hands touch
Five, six, and seven now we dance
You're my partner, and I am yours
It's just the beginning but I want more
Nothing else matters, just you and I
The music starts and we're in time
One, two, three, five, six, seven
Quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow
The music's fast, let's slow down
I need to prolong this fading hour
Leave it to me. Trust me
Let's make our own timing
The music has stopped, it's time to go
It can't be helped this feeling of sorrow
I take your hand and kiss you goodnight
You're the music in my heart that never dies
You are the five, six, and seven
To my one, two and three
And that's the way it should always be
