Poetry: The cycle of life

by John Boos

Created on: September 28, 2009

Destiny weaves life in the loom of eternity

Twisting hearts and minds to her whims and desires

When one thread falters we all feel the shift the threads pulling tight knotting us together

The tapestry she creates unfolds into a masterpiece of lives

Whether short or everlong we continue to follow

All desiring to see even a glimpse of the design to know if who we are will make things in this world change

Even though the glimpse would mean our doom we strive to see what may be of us
