"December's Mystic Moon"
Majestic Oaks in silent solitaire
and Midnight's cold December air,
Rolling hills beneath Heaven's hem of grayish blue
Crowns the earth embraced by northern lights, and
gentle winter's mystic moon.
An unclothed scent of cedar's burnt, and
caressing valleys below,
Inspires Nature's misty gown of rising fog
softly brushed aglow.
White-tail deer refresh amongst Heaven's bosom
and Nature's Mother's tears
to create docile rainfall's streams, where a
reflections image takes her sapphire flight
as windmills spin with circles made agleam.
A lone coyote sheds its Hallowed tears
and Spirit's wind that cry
and pierce the black of night,
till Mourning Dove's soul
reflects a tender hearted scattering
and imminent twilight.
And Love's Spirit beholds -
Blessed!
Upon the eternal silhouette, and
the fruitful birth of a new dawn

Early in the morning I wake and rub the eyes,
slip out of bed
scratch my head

The witching hour has come and gone,
And there's an eerie orange glow;
The horizon
