Life Is ...
Life is hard
filled with so much strife,
some people may feel
like they're being cut with a knife.
Life is sorrow
too many tears fall,
people feel lost
on God, they do call.
Life is happiness
like the birth of a child,
seeing all of the innocence
so gentle and mild.
Life is joy
feeling good about yourself,
helping people in need
gratitude, never left upon the shelf.
Life is anger
people show they don't care,
your heart and soul are consumed
treat you wrong, if they dare.
Life is loneliness
feeling surrounded by the dark,
no one to talk to
life, has left its mark.

by Ramsha Syed

As strong as the storming gale,
As confident and radiant as the shinning sun,
As mysterious
