For anyone who has a Facebook account, I'm sure a friend, family member, co-worker or associate plays Yoville. The game is based upon a virtual character that you dress and create yourself. You are able to chose from many different styles of hair, clothing and skin color. The object of the game is to live a virtual life to the fullest. You can chat with other Yoville players, send gifts/messages to friends, play games and earn activities points. Yoville points allow you to level up in the game. By levelling up it unlocks more free gifts and other special components. Your player must also go to work to make money/coins in order to purchase food, clothing, furniture and other items.
Unfortunately, most items that are available to purchase are expensive. Yoville prefers if players pay with actual money to earn coins. There is however a few tips and tricks that can allow game play to stay free. Life is expensive as it is, there's no need to pay as a virtual character too!
*Work*
The work place has recently changed in Yoville. In the past, players could earn money by clicking their work place every six hours. Now, players must bake cakes. The cakes can take as long as three day's to be ready. Players should always have cakes in the oven to earn money. Once the cakes are baked, make sure to remove them, clean the stove and start over. Do not let the cakes burn! If any of the goodies stay in for too long, you will not receive money.
*Friends*
Visiting other friends homes can earn you money. Yoville players can earn up to 400 coins just from visiting friends. To earn extra money and experience points send a gift. By sending a gift it increases how friendly you are, and more money will be given. Sending letters is also another way to earn a little extra.
*Games*
Challenge other YoVillians to play games such as Tic-Tac-Toe and Rock, Paper, Scissors. The winner of each game will receive 10 coins, unless it's a tie. A tie will give players 5 coins each. There is also a place to go fishing, a speedway and a casino where money can be earned. Completing various YoVille activities can earn you experience points and a few coins too.
*Crew*
Yoville wants as many of your friends to play as possible. The more friends you invite, the more money you will earn. Your crew of friends will promote you at work and allow you to get bonus's.
