Being in a reltionship can be mind boggling when you have that gut feeling that your spouse is cheating. In the back of your mind you belive that your spouse is having an affair, but there is not any proof. Instead that gut feeling remains with you. Sometimes it feels like something is telling you that the trust in your relationship have failed. The problem is that you have to figure out the truth. When the truth is discovered, you will not have to ask yourself the question. Is my spouse cheating. Through this article, I am going to give you some ideas on how to catch you spouse cheating. This is a real life situation on how I caught my spouse cheating. So read through and see if you see any intriguing ideas that will reveal the truth to in your relationship.

If you are in a relationship there are ways to find out if your spouse is cheating. This is a very easy process when involved in a long term relationship. Never wait around until he or she admits they were cheating. When in a relationship, we have the option to catch them instantly if it is worth your time! Think about how much time we have spent with our spouse because we should know them. The easy part is we have to learn to read our mates body language which will enable us to learn more about them.

A sign of cheating is the cheater starting compulsive arguments and rejection toward their mate. Remember that we have to watch these things on a day to day bases. A good cheater can pretend as if nothing has never happened. This is something we have to watch because there are those who are good at lying. Take a look through your mates text messages when they go to sleep or get in the shower. If you have the same cell phone plan with the same phones, listen to their voicemails before they can see them. Having the same cell phone provider allows us to get a copy of the phone records and call the numbers on the phone list. Go to a electronic store and purchase a couple of voice recorders. Find someone to install it under the seat or in the dashboard of the vehicles. Turn them on when they are in the shower or ready to leave. Find someone to install a hidden camera in the living room while having the option to install a voice recorder in the living room and bedroom.

Last but not least you can catch your mate cheating with this step. Plan to go out of town for a couple of days so your mate know that you taking a vacation. Do this to have your mate set up plans at your house or at the persons house that he or she is cheating with. When you leave you change cars with someone you know well. Pretend you are leaving and park somewhere close after you exchange cars. Call them to let them know that you have left the town. Watch your apartment complex or house from a distance to get information on any activity. This may take a while, but you should see something happen if you have patience. If your mate leaves, follow them from a distance with the exchange car to find out more information. While following try to stay a good distance away so they can be comfortable. Call to let them know that you are out of town now wait until they park so you can catch them red handed. Now walk up and confront both of them because they are caught red handed.
